Quotes that inspire design

“One of the big things about wondering and developing an engaged dialogue is this idea of mutual reciprocity, that I have as much to learn from you as you do from me.”

  • Rhianna Rogers

We humans are at our best when we bring something that is distinctive and uniquely ourselves to endeavours that deeply matter. We are contributing beings; when we can’t make things better, we lose spirit and will. This is a matter of human agency, which comes from an individual’s self-initiative and awakens the spirit and will in them.”

Insight into a few posts

Knowing your values (and therefore quite often your trigger points!) can be empowering in two different ways:

1) I understand WHY certain accusations cause emotional distress - with these values it can happen quite often!

2) I believe that our boundaries reflect our core values which is a sign of self awareness.

Permission to be curious!!

Rationality and intuition are increasingly both being seen as valuable thinking tools, rather than being mutually exclusive.

During these VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) times, if businesses can integrate intuitive consultants to support strategic decision making they have a higher chance of achieving success.

In Business we sometimes need to stop the human urge to enforce conformity and rather hit pause, reevaluate where we are as individuals and as a team in relation to the bigger picture in order to find our feet again.
